It is a really rough morning here. There’s light rain whipped to a frenzy by the wind and it is cold. Just as good a morning as there could be to compare temperatures both inside and outside the G Box. The ambient external temperature was 6ºc and the internal temperature was 19ºc. To put that into perspective the minimum temperature guideline for an administrative office is 16ºc and the RSPCA will advise you that if you own Gordon Setters the air conditioning in your truck should come on at 18ºc. To me that means toasty pointers inside the box and last night there were only two dogs in the box and it is designed for three!
Don’t know what I’m going to do today. I overfed the pigeons yesterday and they stayed away. That and the sparrowhawk on patrol mean I’ll be birdless. I suppose dropping practice with Van and Al and maybe take the rat for a walk.

The rat didn’t get his walk but Al got a bit of dropping practice and I tried to take some video footage of him and gat about an inch.
